A blend to satisfy nearly every coffee drinker. Big Iron uses the mélange style of blending. Two coffees are roasted separately to different roast levels, one Vienna and one Full-City. The beans are then mixed post roast. This process gives the coffee a distinct taste and a fine complexity.
 
Big Iron is a great filter coffee. We recommend a pour-over or regular drip brewing method.
